COMPANY
Built in Hanoi, for companies that run in two countries
Nffice is made by INFINIQ Vietnam, an AI and IT company in Hanoi. We build it for companies whose head office and local entity follow different rules but still want both sides working from the same record.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Innovation through intelligence. Value creation through technology.
Đổi mới bằng trí tuệ. Tạo giá trị bằng công nghệ.
Why we built it
Why we built Nffice
We kept seeing the same problem from both sides of the same company.
THE GAP
Two sets of rules, no shared system
Global head offices run on approval chains and delegation rules. Vietnamese entities run on statutory social insurance, income tax and local accounting standards. Most software is built for one side.
THE COST
Three systems and a spreadsheet
The same number is typed into groupware, then payroll, then the ledger. Head office rebuilds the local figures by hand and still cannot check how they were calculated.
OUR ANSWER
One record that satisfies both
Delegation-of-authority approvals and Vietnamese statutory rules in the same product, with an AI agent that decides what it is sure about and hands the rest to a person.
Principles
How we build it
Decisions, not paragraphs
Our AI returns an answer with a confidence score that the system can act on, not advice someone has to interpret.
Local law belongs in the product
Statutory rates and tables live inside Nffice and show their work, instead of sitting in an accountant's spreadsheet.
Enter it once
An approval becomes attendance, payroll and a journal entry without being typed again.
Software prepares, people commit
Payroll, approvals and period close are confirmed by people. The software makes that decision faster, not automatic.
