NFFICE PRICING

Pay for what you turn on

Prices are published in dong. Groupware and HR are priced per person, CRM per sales user, and Finance per entity, because a finance team of three can run the ledger for five hundred people. Nothing here is a trick to get you on a call.

Estimate before you ask

A range, not a single number, because the final figure depends on things we have not asked you yet. The range narrows in the first call.

The low end assumes a clean start with no data migration. The high end assumes historical payroll and ledger data to bring across and some custom forms. Figures are indicative and not an offer.

What moves the price

What actually moves the price

We cannot quote a number from a website because these four things change it by more than the license does. Saying so is more useful than false precision.

Headcount bandDiscounts step at 50, 150 and 400 people rather than scaling smoothly
Number of entitiesEach entity has its own ledger and close. Consolidation is extra work
Data to migrateTwelve months of payroll history costs more to bring across than a clean start
Custom forms and reportsStandard approval forms are just configuration. Forms with built-in calculations are not

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

The four demos run without an account and show the real engines. Beyond that we run a paid pilot on one entity rather than a free trial, because a payroll system you cannot rely on is worse than no trial at all. The pilot fee comes off the first year if you continue.

What is the minimum?

Ten people for Groupware and HR, five sales users for CRM. Finance has no headcount minimum because it is priced per entity.

What happens when headcount changes?

Billing follows your actual active users each month, so seasonal changes are not a renegotiation. Moving up into a discount band applies from the next invoice. Dropping below one does not raise your rate mid-term.

Can we add a module later?

Yes, and the data model does not change when you do. Adding Finance in month eight means the approvals and payroll already in the system start posting journal entries without a re-import.

Can we drop a module?

At renewal, yes. Mid-term you can stop using it, but the committed term still applies. Your data stays exportable either way.

Do you invoice in local currency?

Vietnamese entities are invoiced in VND and Korean entities in KRW. Where a group wants one invoice, we bill head office in its currency and apply one exchange rate for the term.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export the full dataset in open formats, including payroll history and the ledger, and we keep it available for sixty days after the contract ends before deletion. There is no fee for the export.
