Six kinds of decision, each one you can inspect rather than a suggestion you have to interpret. Every one of them goes to a named owner and leaves its reason on the audit trail.

Invoices, salary journals and revenue entries get a statutory TT99 (formerly TT200) account, the head-office mapping and a confidence score.

Engine
The same threshold rule runs across approvals, payroll, the ledger and sales. You set the threshold, and every change is logged with who made it. Below it, a case goes to the person your delegation rules name, not to a shared queue. In Finance, the TT99 account and the head-office mapping are part of the same decision.

BEFORE CLOSE
It finds the problem before you ask
Two days before close, JEV has already been through payroll, approvals and the ledger. What it found is waiting with the person who owns it.

We are preparing this with Korea's AI Basic Act, the automated-decision provisions of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, and Vietnam's Law on Artificial Intelligence and Law on Personal Data Protection in mind. It has not been reviewed by lawyers yet and is not a statement of compliance.

FAQ
Questions we get asked first
Who is responsible when JEV gets it wrong?
You are, which is why the threshold is yours to set. An automatic action is an ordinary record that can be corrected like any other, and the decision plus its confidence stays on the audit trail so the correction has context. Start with a high threshold and lower it as the record builds.
Can we turn JEV off for one module or one entity?
Yes. JEV can be switched on per module and per entity, and a threshold of 100% means it only ever suggests and never acts.
Does JEV need all four modules?
No. It works on whatever Nffice records you run. With Finance alone it classifies invoices and checks the close; with CRM alone it merges duplicate customers and posts the revenue entry. With all four it can connect an approval, a payslip, an entry and a deal.
Is this a chatbot?
No. Most business AI either chats or flags things for review. JEV returns a decision with a confidence score, acts only above the threshold you set, and sends the rest through your approval chain, across approvals, payroll, the ledger and sales.
What does 90% mean?
It is the threshold used on this page: decisions JEV scores at or above it are acted on, and the rest go to a person. It is a starting value, not a measured accuracy. How the confidence score itself is calculated will be described here before launch.
Who can change the threshold?
For finance decisions, the entity's chief accountant, as on the Finance page. Who sets it for Groupware, HR and CRM is agreed during rollout. JEV can never change a threshold, and every change is logged with who made it.
Can an employee ask for a person to look again?
Yes. If a decision affects an employee, a person can review it again on request, with the reason JEV recorded. Your company answers the request; Nffice keeps the record that lets you do it.
